1000-Lb. Sisters: What Tammy Slaton Ate At The Weight Loss Facility

The Slaton sisters have struggled to achieve their weight loss goals on 1000-Lb. Sisters, but it seems like Tammy might finally be on her way to making some progress. Details about 1000-Lb. Sisters season 3 disclosed that Tammy is taking her weight loss seriously as she will go to rehab for food addiction. Viewers have been rooting for Tammy to stick to her weight loss goals, and here’s everything about the diet that the reality star committed to while at the rehab facility.

Tammy and her sister Amy Slaton shared the same motivation for starring on 1000-Lb. Sisters, which was to hold themselves accountable for losing weight. The duo of reality TV sisters needed to lose enough weight to qualify for bariatric surgery, an operation that helps the body burn weight at a faster pace. Amy wanted to get the surgery done so she would be able to have a baby with her husband, Michael Halterman. Tammy needs to qualify for the operation as her current weight has proven to be a hazard to her health. While Amy successfully got bariatric surgery and now has her son, Gage, Tammy has struggled to meet the operation’s weight loss requirements. Amy and Tammy’s brother Chris Combs have been concerned that Tammy won’t be able to achieve the weight loss goals required of her to qualify for bariatric surgery. The 1000-Lb. Sisters cast is worried that Tammy will miss her opportunity to get the life-saving operation and remain in a health crisis.
